Approx 1 hour yoga session-Bring your own yoga mat, if you have one (limited supply of yoga mats available on FCFS basis). Ranch Store also open for alpaca fiber & novelty products.

Yoga Instructor

Dorothy took her 1st yoga class at the ripe age of 40 years old, and has been passionate about sharing with others the physical and emotional benefits of a dedicated yoga practice ever since. She is a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 18 years experience working with people to regain strength and physical independence after experiencing a traumatic event or surgery.  Dorothy takes the synergy between her knowledge of adaptions of the body with Occupational Therapy and the grounding strength of Hatha Yoga, to provide a safe place to make yoga fun and accessible to all bodies and all ages! 

She looks forward to sharing an all-levels beginner yoga flow out on the Ranch to help you let go of the stress of the city and reconnect with nature outdoors with our beautiful and serene Alpacas!
